End of the Year West Coast OPEN Tourney*

3 Ways to Qualify:
(1) Tennis League Network (TLN) players who have won any playoffs in the past 8 years.
(2) Any TLN player that has played 20 league matches in 2014.
(3) Any TLN players who attended any of the past Miami End of the Year tournaments.
(4) Any non Tennis League Network players who are affiliated with Tim Schnaible and Warner Tennis Center.

** We will be marketing this tournament to an extensive list of San Fernando Valley / Los Angeles players. We expect large enrollment numbers for this tournament.

Long Weekend Program:
• Friday 3PM to 9PM: Mini-division round robin matches begin. (You will only play 1 10-game pro set matches)
• Friday no later than 6PM: The latest a player can play their Friday match.
• We have lighted courts so matches will go into the evening.
• Saturday Morning: Mini-Division round robin matches will continue (You play 2 10-game pro set matches)
• Saturday Day: BBQ on Saturday afternoon for all players.
• Saturday Dinner: We will a tournament dinner at a local restaurant. Not sponsored by the tournament.
• Tournament Sunday: For the qualifiers there will be a 3-round single elimination tourney. Players only needs to win 1 of their 3 matches to qualify for Sunday.

Skill Levels:
Men's: Elite 4.5, Advanced 4.0,
Competitive 3.5, Competitive 3.25 (Depending on Enrollment Numbers),
Skilled 2.5- a3.0
Women's Advanced 4.0, Competitive 3.5 & Skilled 2.5-3.0

Tournament Format:
Players will be grouped in mini-divisions of 5 to 8 players. Players will participate in a 4-match round-robin will be played using an 10 pro set format (First to win 10 games). The top performers from Friday and Saturday matches will qualify for championship Sunday and the single elimination tourney. *Winners will be crowned West Coast Open champions.

Cost:
Tournament entry fee is $55 for at least 2 days of action or 3 for the Championship Sunday qualifiers. If we can get a sponsor or two to help cover the costs we will decrease the entry fee. This entry fee will cover courts, staff, balls and Sat lunch. We will establish a hotel package with the Hilton Woodland Hills which are actually located below the courts.

Prizes:
We will have guarantee prizes for the 2014 tourney. Current projections are $150 gift card to the Winners and $50 gift card to the division runner-ups. Free Player Gift Bags (Babolat and Solinco). It can be influenced by any sponsors that come on board.

Travel Arrangements:
Travel arrangements will be covered by the players not by Tennis League Network, LLC.

Deadline:
The hard DEADLINE to make sure we get you into the Tournament is Wed, Dec. 10th.

Ultimate Goal:
The tennis should be quite exciting, the players should be amp'd up for the tourney.
